Everywhere in chinese towns you'll see people doing Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is an old traditional way for chinese to keep health and strength. The movements are based on five steps or elements in traditional Tai Chi Chuan. These five steps involves wood, fire, earth, metal and water. In this picture the people are going slight to the left. so that should mean fire, just before pushing someone away from you.
