Zuh De where involved in the Xhinai revolution that overthrowed the old Qing dynasty 1911. In Xhinai revolution the last emperor Puyi lost his power. The Xhinai revolution started by an accident in Wuchang. Left oriented groups in the army where trying to prepare revolution with making bombs and one bomb suddenly exploded. The police force made investigations and discovered large groups of left oriented organisations in the army. Zuh De was one of the leaders in these groups and led the Nanchang uprising in 1927. Zhu De is acknowledged as the founder of PLA or People Liberation Army. Zuh De was first ordered to fight the uprising army in Nanchang and help the Kuomingtang but since he where one of them who started the uprising in other places he helped the people in Nanchang to get rid of these nationalists. After the uprising he also where involved in Southern Hunan uprising and later joined Mao Zedongs troups in Jinggangshan mountain.
